1) Garlic /lahsun – 100 g
2) Green chilli /hari mirch – 100 g
3) Ginger /adrak – 1 inch piece
4) Clove /Laung – 3-4 pieces
5) Cinamom /dalcheeni – 1 piece
6) Green cardamom /hari elaichi – 1
7) Black cardamom /kali elaichi – 1
8) Lemon’s juice /nimbu ka rass – 3 tsp
9) Tumeric powder /haldi powder – 1 tsp
10) Salt /namak – 1.5 tsp
11) Red chilli powder /lal mirch powder – ½ tsp
12) Mustard oil /sarso ka tel – ½ cup
13) Fenugreek seeds /methi dana – 1 tsp
14) Onion seeds /Kalaunji – 1 tsp
15) Cumin seeds /Saboot Jeera – 1 tsp
16) Aniseed /Saunf powder – 1 tsp
17) Black mustard /Kali sarso – 2 tsp
18) Yellow mustard /peeli sarso – 1 tsp
